- Peppers (green, red, yellow, orange – your preference)
- Green Onion
- Fresh Mozzarella
- Kalamata Olives
For the Dressing:
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Balsamic Vinegar
- Honey
- Garlic
- Salt and Pepper

Ingredients
- 2 Whole Cucumbers, seeded and sliced
- 2 Whole Green, Red, Orange or Yellow Peppers, seeded and cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 bunch Green Onions, sliced
- 4-5 Roma Tomatoes, cut or sliced into bite-sized pieces
- 2 Cups Small Mozzarella Balls
- 1 Cup Kalamata Olives, sliced
- 1 Tablespoon Dried Oregano
Salad Dressing
- 1/2 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/4 Cup Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/2 Cup Honey
- 3 Garlic Cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

In a large bowl, add salad ingredients and toss with dressing. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
