MAMA MIA CUCINA COOKBOOK

Journey with Cynthia in this Italian cookbook as she and her grandmother, Noni, collaborated, cooked and gathered their heirloom collection of family-favorite recipes from home-grown tomatoes, which were preserved to create ‘Noni’s Pasta Sauce/Gravy’, to the many fresh vegetable recipes which were grown in her grandfather’s garden.

From the farm table to the dining experience, spanning four generations of old-world Italian cooking, “MaMa Mia Cucina”, translated, “My Mother’s Kitchen”, are the kitchens of Cynthia’s heritage, a magical place where exceptionally tasting food was a way of life, the skillful art of cooking taught, and reminiscences of love of family.
